Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "MapBoost" (the "Service") provided by Matsunoya Foods LLC ("we", "us"). You agree to these Terms before using the Service.
2. The Service
The Service automates local search optimization (MEO / Google Maps visibility) for stores via LINE and Telegram. Its main features include AI-assisted review replies, generation and publishing of posts, MEO diagnostics, and periodic reports.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for businesses that operate a Google Business Profile. You agree to register accurate information and to comply with the terms and policies of Google and other relevant providers.
4. Fees, Payment and Cancellation
Fees for the Service are as separately determined by us and shown on this website or within the Service. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
After the free trial period, your subscription converts to a paid plan. You may cancel at any time; there is no minimum term. After cancellation, no further charges are made from the next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the final content and publication of any content sent or published through the Service (such as posts and review replies). AI-generated drafts may be published after you have reviewed and edited them.
You must not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law, public order, or the policies of platforms such as Google.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Create or publish false or misleading reviews or content
- Infringe the rights of third parties
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Reverse engineer or otherwise gain unauthorized access
- Violate applicable law or the policies of any platform
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services including Google, LINE, Telegram and Stripe. Parts of the Service may become unavailable due to the availability, changes or discontinuation of these third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service and this website belong to us or the respective rights holders.
9. Disclaimers
The Service does not guarantee improved search rankings on Google Maps or any particular acquisition or revenue results.
We do not warrant that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages incurred by you through use of the Service.
10. Changes, Suspension and Termination
We may, with prior notice to you, change the content of the Service or suspend or terminate its provision.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office as the court of first instance.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect when displayed on this website or within the Service.
